February 7, 2010 at all three Market District Stores. Doug and radio partner Jessica Walliser will give a free gardening/cooking demonstration at all three stores. 10 a.m. at the Bethel Park Location on Oxford, 1 p.m. at the new Robinson store in Settler's Ridge and then 4 p.m at the Shadyside store on Centre. Our gardening topic is How to Grow Anything in Containers. It's Super Bowl Sunday and we're cooking with duck and cherries! The appetizer will be Prosciutto Wrapped Duck Breast, main course is Duck Scaloppini in Port Reduction and for dessert we're serving Balsamic Cherries. There's more information here.
