Doug to speak at the Remember Me Rose Garden near the Flight 93 Memorial on Sat. 4/18/26

Spring is almost here, and the Remember Me Rose Garden needs you to help it bloom. On Saturday, April 18th, join us for our very first volunteer event of 2026…a special event with beloved gardening expert Doug Oster.

We’ll begin indoors at Camp Allegheny, where Doug will share simple tips on growing roses, perennials, and garden treasures. This is perfect for beginners and seasoned green thumbs alike. Then we’ll travel ¼-mile to the Remember Me Rose Garden itself, where we’ll roll up our sleeves and prepare our Julie Andrews roses and perennials for the new season!

We’ll serve coffee and donuts for breakfast and pizza for lunch, so come hungry to learn AND eat!
